"Max helped us find our first apartment 9 years ago and when it came time to find a bigger place we knew we wanted his help to sell our place and search for a new apartment. He is always available and patient with our questions and gives us honest feedback. He helped with all aspects of listing our place - finding a staging company, lawyers etc. He has been spot on with pricing and timeframes. He is always talking to other brokers which helps with his recommendations. He loves this city as much as we do and it shows. "

"Max helped us buy our first apartment in 2015. We saw *a lot* of places with him (all over Brooklyn, all winter long, in snow storms, while I was pregnant). "Max helped us buy our first apartment in 2015. We saw *a lot* of places with him (all over Brooklyn, all winter long, in snow storms, while I was pregnant). He was very patient and extremely professional throughout the entire process and we eventually ended up with the perfect apartment for us. When it came time to sell our apartment 9 years later, we worked with Max again. This was also a great experience: Max knows the market very well, is detail-oriented, strategic, and dedicated. He's also really pleasant, calm, and has a sense of humor which helps a lot during the stressful process of staging and selling an apartment. Thanks so much Max!"

"Max is by far the best broker I have had the pleasure of working with in NYC in 12 years. He is unbelievably personable and kind and you can tell he's not in the business to make a quick buck. He wants to understand your living needs and situation and find you a great place to live. Thanks for being an awesome broker, Max!"

He found excellent qualified tenants for our studio in Soho while my wife and I were living overseas. His knowledge of Soho and the surrounding area is exceptional. When we decided to sell, he advised us and staged the apartment with his own personal touches and made it look sensational! Max is professional, personable, and has always gone above and beyond our expectations. We highly recommend Max!"

"Max has been completely amazing and I feel so fortunate to have had him guide me through the New York real estate process. From the very beginning, he took the time to actually get to know me and listen to what my needs were. He very quickly developed a sixth sense about the kinds of places I would like and how they would suit not just my budget, but my personality and lifestyle. Max made me realize that buying in New York isn't just about the unit - it's about the street and the building and the community you're joining - and his deep local knowledge and years of experience made a massive difference to finding me my dream home. That Max has the highest level of professionalism and skill goes without saying, but it's his patience, willingness to listen, and genuine kindness and great sense of humour that shone through for me. I always felt like I was his most important client and that my happiness was his absolute priority. I can't recommend him highly enough to anyone navigating the New York real estate market. He will find you your perfect home and, in the process, you'll make a friend too!"
