"When my husband and I decided to sell our long-time home in Soho, we interviewed several real estate agents and brokers from top-tier firms before choosing Max Moondoc at Compass—and we are glad that we decided to work with Max. "When my husband and I decided to sell our long-time home in Soho, we interviewed several real estate agents and brokers from top-tier firms before choosing Max Moondoc at Compass—and we are glad that we decided to work with Max. Max persuaded both Streeteasy.com and the Curbed website to feature our apartment as a “listing of the week.” Our home sold in a matter of days for the highest price that any apartment in our building has ever fetched. Looking back, we attribute our success to Max’s dedication and expertise, as well as the reputation, relationships, and resources that Compass brings to the table. In short: working with Max Moondoc and Compass was a rewarding and memorable experience."

"Max is the reason we were able to buy our first home. He knew we were in the market with a growing family, we had specific geographic needs, and specific financial constraints. Max took it upon himself to identify units that worked for us that we weren't able to identify on our own. He advocated for us throughout the process, ensuring renovations were on task, getting clarity on process from the seller, and managing negotiations to find a fair price that worked for us overall. Max was easy to work with and personable, and helped demystify the process, and helped us understand what was important and how to take a long term view until we found the right fit. Highest recommendation and big thanks!!"

After conducting interviews with multiple brokers, I decided to go with Max and his team at Compass based on his knowledge of the neighborhood and the market. I was not disappointed as they did an excellent job getting my home ready to be listed in only two weeks, staged a number of open houses including one that was a wine tasting in the garden, and getting the sale across the finish line in an expeditious manner! I strongly recommend Max and his team! "
